The Gazebo Restaurant menu is quite extensive and filled with great breakfast options. Be sure to try our famous “Congress Glam Slam” special, featuring two scrambled or Sunnyside up eggs with bacon, chicken sausage and pancakes or French toast. Some of our other favorites are delicious buttermilk pancakes, Belgian waffles, and caramel crunch french toast. Want to get creative? You can create your own omelette with your choice of three fillings. We also offer light selections, including seasonal fruit, cereal, and bagels.
